Congratulations to our staff on the recent successful acquisition of third-party funding!

  • Prof. Michael Nagler for the SNSF Grant "Bridging the implementation gap: A machine-learning algorithm for the rapid diagnosis of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (RADI-HIT)" in the amount of CHF 487'692 with a duration of 3 years.
  • Prof. Mojgan Masoodi for the SNSF Grant "Spatial metabolic phenotyping of liver steatosis in NAFLD could lead to better identifiaction of diagnostic/prognostic markers and improve monitoring disease progression" in the amount of CHF 239,200 with a duration of 3 years.
  • Prof. Carlo Largiader for the SNSF Grant "The importance of regulatory genetic variation for the susceptibility to fluoropyrimidine toxicity" in the amount of CHF 652,344 with a duration of 4 years.
  • Prof. Alexander Leichtle for the UniBe-ID grant "Novel Paradigms for Machine Learning in Medicine" together with Prof. Riesen in the amount of CHF 112,115 with a term of 18 months
  • Prof. Alexander Leichtle as co-investigator for the BCPM grant "Hands-on approach towards quantifiable and scientifically useful data anonymization for large medical datasets" in the amount of CHF 50,000 with a term of 12 months.
  • Prof. Alexander Leichtle as co-investigator. NSB awards your project “Cohort demonstrator: Full integration of a national cohort into the SPHN infrastructure” with a contribution of CHF 216’588 for a duration of 12 months.
