The Insel Group has published a current report on diversity, equal opportunities and inclusion for the year 2023. Some of the results are as follows:

• Equal opportunities: An information area has been set up on the intranet to provide information about possible career paths in the medical profession. 
• Compatibility: Since the beginning of 2023, there has been a holiday purchasing programme for employees working three shifts. 
• Empowering managers: Compulsory training on cognitive bias was organised for managers. 
• Equal pay: Various general and individual salary measures were implemented that took gender equality into account.
